Salesforce CRM Design and Implementation
We want to implement Salesforce CRM for our manufacturing company. More specifically we want to start to track our leads, lead sources, sales follow-up, timing, and conversion. We can envision utilizing Salesforce CRM for many other uses within our business (marketing, vendor management, quickbooks integration, etc) and so there is an opportunity to go beyond just a CRM implementation and turn this into a longer term opportunity.
